How BIOV8 Prescriptions Work

If you’ve had a consultation with one of our medical teams and received a prescription, you may be eligible to repurchase your treatment without needing to rebook a consultation. Here’s how our repeat prescription system works.


Who Can Access Repeats?

  • If you've had a consultation and been prescribed treatment, your repeat-eligible products will appear in the prescriptions page, please be sure to be logged in.

  • You can purchase these repeats for up to 6 months from your initial consult.


Where to Find Your Repeats

  1. Log in to your BIOV8 account.

  2. Click Prescriptions in the top menu.

  3. Here you’ll see any treatment available for repurchase, including the maximum quantity allowed.


What If Nothing Appears?

If your Available Repeats page is blank:

  • You might not be eligible yet (you may need to wait between purchases).

  • Your prescription may have expired (after 6 months).

  • You may need to book a new consultation.


How to Order a Repeat

  1. Add your repeat treatment to cart.

  2. Proceed through the usual checkout.

  3. After checkout, you’ll be prompted to complete a quick Repeats Suitability Questionnaire.


What Happens Next?

  • If you're suitable, your order will be approved and sent to our pharmacy.

  • If a consult is still required, we’ll direct you to book a new appointment.


FAQs

Q: Can I change the quantity I’m ordering?
A: No – quantities are limited based on treatment guidelines.

Q: How often can I repurchase?
A: This depends on the product – each one has a minimum waiting period (e.g., 30 days). If it’s too soon, the product won’t show on your repeats page yet.

Q: Do I need to speak to a medical practitioner again?
A: Not unless your answers in the Repeats Questionnaire indicate a consult is necessary.
